Role OverviewThe Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional customer service, answer telephones, record and/or direct calls, monitor the Emergency Alert System, manage the business center, process mail, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent customer service skills. Prefer two years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.

- Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
