Requirements

  • Answer telephone calls and attends to the needs of the caller and/or takes accurate messages and informs Property Manager so callers needs can be addressed
  • Assist residents and guests with packages
  • Ensure building security by walking all floors at least once during shift, monitoring security cameras, and understanding emergency policy manual
