Role OverviewPlanned Companies is hiring friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services. The Concierge FLOATER will ensure tenants, guests, and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe property to live or work in.
What You Will Do
Primary job responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, stripping and buffing floors, dusting, scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom fixtures, emptying trash cans, and assisting with projects and other job duties.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods, lift 50 pounds or more, and work on a team as well as independently. Strong report writing and verbal communication skills are also required.
Requirements
- Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.

- Experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment.

- A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
