The Concierge at Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with their requests, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role requires a diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management and fluency in a second language. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a relevant field
  • Fluency in a second language
  • Good working knowledge of Reserve/Opera software
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Physically agile, ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
