Job Description
Role Overview

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff. This role is part of a senior living community that provides exceptional quality, comfort, and care to its residents.

What You Will Do

Answer telephones, record and/or direct calls, monitor the Emergency Alert System, manage the business center, process mail, and maintain a safe and secure environment.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have excellent customer service skills, be able to operate a personal computer, and be proficient in MS Office programs. Prefer two years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs
  • Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively
  • Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
