Role OverviewThe Concierge will serve as a key guest-facing representative of our property, providing personalized recommendations, assisting with reservations, and creating memorable experiences for our guests throughout ski season.
What You Will Do
Deliver personalized guest service, including arranging dining, transportation, and activity reservations. Share expert knowledge of local attractions, ski services, and seasonal events.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred. Strong knowledge of the local area, activities, and ski offerings. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
