Role OverviewThe Concierge provides an exceptional first impression through direct contact with customers, while exhibiting knowledgeable and welcoming service for visitors, residents, and associates. This individual will be available for second and third shifts respectfully 3-11pm and 11pm-7am.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include answering and directing telephone calls, monitoring fire and emergency response systems, screening visitors, maintaining logs and records, and providing greeter service at the Hospitality Desk.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have two years of work experience in customer service, preferably with older adults, and proficiency with basic computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office.
