Role OverviewThe Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors, answer telephones, record and/or direct calls, monitor the Emergency Alert System, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community, and the ability to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
