Concierge

Planned Companies is hiring a Concierge to provide a welcoming experience to tenants, guests, and vendors. The Concierge will develop relationships with tenants, provide individualized experiences, and maintain relationships with local establishments.

What You Will Do

The Concierge will greet and direct tenants, guests, and vendors, schedule reservations, plan events, and provide referrals and access to local services. They will also document and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer service experience, a passion for providing a warm welcome, and knowledge of local attractions and establishments. They will be able to multitask, manage time effectively, and lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
