What You Will Do

The Concierge is responsible for ensuring every guest experience meets expectations, educating guests on retail offerings, memberships, and enhancements, and collaborating with colleagues and managers to complete daily tasks and side work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or hospitality is preferred
• Must be able to stand for the full duration of scheduled shifts while remaining attentive to guest needs
• Efficient multitasking and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal communications skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use discretion with guest information
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Commitment to adhering to milk + honey's policies and procedures
• Ability to sustain physical activity throughout scheduled shifts, with a keen ear for understanding guests' needs and the capacity to lift up to 25lbs
