Concierge

Join us to meet our Hiring team at Ivy Park in Belmont. The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.

What You Will Do

Provide exceptional customer service, answer telephones, record and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals, monitor the Emergency Alert System, and maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be at least 18 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent, and have excellent customer service skills. Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
