Role OverviewThe Concierge / Resident Services Coordinator will be the welcoming face of Split Rock, delivering a warm, personal resident experience, and working with every department to make sure each resident feels known, respected, and well cared for.
What You Will Do
Deliver mail, packages, and non-food items to residents safely and with proper documentation, answer questions from residents and visitors, and solve everyday problems across the team.
