Job Description
Windsor Communities is seeking a Concierge to be the first welcoming face for their residents. The role involves handling administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and responding to inquiries. Requirements
Perform all front desk tasks including administrative tasks
Respond to all incoming/outgoing telephone calls
Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
Work weekends to be available when prospective residents are out looking for their new home
2-3 weekends per month required
