Job Description
The Concierge role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to all people served, providing directions, information, and assistance to Hospital guests, and coordinating the patient discharge process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of previous customer experience providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to use good judgment in emergency situations
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
