Job Description
The Concierge Manager oversees the daily operations of the Concierge Team, managing guest itineraries, bookings, and vendor relations to maximize guest satisfaction and meet Forbes Five-Star standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 3 years of supervisory work and work as a concierge
  • Experience in managing and developing staff, with a background in luxury hospitality and a five-star environment
  • Membership in Les Clefs d'Or
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, supervise and train staff, and perform essential job functions under pressure
