Job Description
Cheer Home Care is seeking a Concierge Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to older adults in their homes. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted California registered nurse license
  • 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Proof of Negative TB result
  • Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
  • Active California Drivers license and car insurance
  • Cell phone with Internet Access
