Job Description

As a Concierge Service Representative (CSR), you will create sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team by answering inbound calls, initiating outbound calls, and meeting business defined metrics of production.

Requirements

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Initiate outbound calls
  • Create interest in reverse mortgage program
  • Qualify customer to meet program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) scripted
  • Transfer interested and qualified customer to sales team
  • Create appointments for follow up
  • Mail information packets to customers
  • Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction
