Job Description
Conciliations Operations Associate position at the NYC Department of Finance, assisting with the operations and administrative functions of the Conciliations Unit, resolving disputes in an informal conference setting for City business and excise taxes.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
  • One year of experience in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty
  • Ability to communicate with conciliators, tax lawyers, and external parties on case status and scheduling
  • Administrative and operational functions, projects, responsibilities, and office duties assigned in the Legal Affairs Division
