Role OverviewWe are seeking an Airport Concourse Retail Manager to lead a portfolio of airport retail stores within Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. This is a salaried leadership role responsible for the overall performance of multiple retail locations within an assigned terminal area, including financial results, team development, merchandising execution, inventory management, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

As a Retail Manager, you'll be entrusted with leading multiple airport retail locations while partnering closely with fellow Retail Managers, Directors, and support teams to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the terminal.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience
- Experience leading multiple departments or retail locations
- Proven success coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and labor management
- Experience analyzing sales reports, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as airport operations require
