Role OverviewThe Concrete Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial, industrial, and residential concrete projects.
What You Will Do
Review project plans, specifications, bid packages, and contract documents. Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for foundations, slabs, walls, sidewalks, curbs, structural concrete, and related scopes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of estimating experience within the concrete construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and bid documents.
- Experience preparing quantity takeoffs and detailed project estimates.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Availability to work on-site in West Nyack, NY.
