Supervise the foundation crew, plan and coordinate daily activities, interpret blueprints, manage concrete foundation installation, and ensure safety protocols.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in concrete foundation construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete foundation materials, methods, and techniques
- Proven experience leading and managing a team in a construction setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work 40-60 hours per week, depending on project demands
