Role OverviewAs a Concrete Industry Management intern, you will gain hands-on experience across concrete operations, from portable and stationary plants to the office, field, and relations. You'll see how quality, logistics, safety, sales, and batching work together to deliver concrete on time and to spec.
What You Will Do
You will assist plant managers and operators with the day-to-day operation of portable and stationary concrete plants, assist with batching operations, perform and document quality control testing, help coordinate dispatch, deliveries, and material inventory, support safety inspections, and assist the sales team with customer communication and project follow-up.

Requirements
- A full-time college/university student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Interest in concrete production, materials, and the construction industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Self-starter with a proactive approach who can adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Effective at multitasking while remaining detail oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team of professionals
- Understand and adhere to all safety regulations and Personal Protective Equipment requirements
- ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I certification is a plus, but not required
