Role OverviewOperate and monitor lightweight insulating concrete pumping equipment, mix and place lightweight roof deck systems, lead and communicate with ground and roof teams during pours.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, maintain clean, safe job-site conditions, use two-way radios for daily coordination, and follow all company safety policies and procedures.

- Clear communicator and team-oriented
- Willing to travel up to 75% overnight during the week
- Available for overtime and occasional weekends
- Clean driving record (no DUI or super speeder violations in last 5 years)
- Normal vision and hearing
