Role OverviewThe Condition Monitoring Engineer or Vibration Technical Specialist is part of the Service Delivery Office (SDO) and responsible for providing technical support to the service organization in the life cycle of John Crane’s Asset Condition Management projects across the region.

Responsibilities include engaging and influencing global stakeholders, consulting with customers on their reliability vision, strategy, and roadmap, and implementing new services and enhancements to existing programs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in vibration analysis for condition monitoring of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors)
- Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2, or equivalent certification required
- Demonstrated experience working with rotating equipment, including pumps and turbo machinery and establishing Condition Monitoring programs
- Languages: English (other languages beneficial)
- Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 3 a big plus
- Specialist skills in Lubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2, or equivalent and CMRP / ARPE preferred
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time within the US, Canada and Caribbean regions
- Ability to get a TWIC card
- Must be a permanent US resident or US citizen to be considered for this role
