Role OverviewThe Conditioning Supervisor works closely with the Plant Operations Manager to ensure that all conditioned seed meets customer quality specifications, while also attempting to maximize the total number of units bagged from each run.
What You Will Do
Lead and train other employees, perform work activities safely, assist with implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System, and accurately complete all conditioning records.
