Role OverviewThe Conductor position will control and coordinate train movements while switching railcars in a safe and efficient manner to service customers. This is a manual labor position that requires proficiency in various skills and duties within a prescribed training period.
What You Will Do
The Conductor will read switching orders, supervise and coordinate train crews, receive and give instructions via radio, and maintain records of cars switched.

Requirements
- High School or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass and obtain all reporting, testing, and certifications as required for this position
