Role OverviewThe Conductor Assistant provides operational support to drivers who transport biological samples, medical kits, and other materials related to the pharmaceutical industry and clinical trials. Their primary responsibility is to help ensure that shipments arrive on time, in good condition, and meeting all regulatory and cold chain requirements.
What You Will Do
Assist drivers with daily collection and delivery operations. Prepare documentation, labels, and boxes for shipments. Provide support in airport operations, including deliveries and pickups of cargo. Assist with handling shipments that require temperature control (dry ice and gel packs). Load and unload packages, some weighing over 50 pounds.
