Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to operate a light service truck in various weather and traffic conditions
  • Knowledge of safe towing practices and vehicle handling procedures
  • Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle repairs and problem-solving
  • At least 2 years of experience in vehicle recovery or towing services
  • Experience in providing roadside assistance, including tire changes, battery jumps, and door openings
  • Strong communication skills with a professional attitude when interacting with customers
