Conference Concierge

Join our team as a Conference Concierge at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, a prestigious, full-service, AAA Four Diamond resort. As a Conference Concierge, you will support the Event Managers and Banquet operations in servicing meeting planners and convention attendees. Our resort features over 746 guest accommodations, two championship golf courses, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

What You Will Do

Be identifiable and accessible to meeting planners and guests, communicate with contact and review meeting agendas, know hotel facilities and hours of operation, and ensure all requested food and beverage, audio visual, and special requests are correctly placed.

Requirements

• Previous hotel and/or Banquets and Catering experience
• Good leadership qualities
• Personable with good people skills
• Displays a commitment to hospitality
• Communicates well, written and verbally, with others
• Good organizational skills
• Must be determined and be able to work with minimum supervision
• Total commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
• Dexterity for pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to use provided cleaning products effectively and safely
• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
• Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
