Job Description
The selected candidate will facilitate conferences and provide related support to protect and promote the safety and well-being of children and families through child welfare and juvenile justice services and community supports.

Requirements

  • Attend and facilitate all Family Team Conferences (FTCs)
  • Address critical issues and concerns during conferences
  • Prepare and complete administrative functions, including documentation and reports
  • Interface with interagency critical support resources
  • Provide case conferencing and consultation to reexamine decision and service plans
