Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating conferences and making recommendations for referrals and resources to support child safety, risk and well-being, permanency, family support, and discharge decisions. The candidate will also prepare and complete administrative functions, including documentation of conference, data, action plans and reports related to Family Team Conferencing.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work
  • Valid New York State Registration as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and at least one year of full-time, satisfactory, post-graduate experience
  • Experience in facilitating family team conferences or family group decision-making meetings, clinical group work with children, youth, parents or individual families, or conducting professional training on topics related to child and family services
