Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating conferences and making recommendations for referrals and resources to support child safety, risk and well-being, permanency, family support, and discharge decisions. The candidate will also prepare and complete administrative functions, including documentation of conference, data, action plans and reports related to Family Team Conferencing.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work
Valid New York State Registration as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and at least one year of full-time, satisfactory, post-graduate experience
Experience in facilitating family team conferences or family group decision-making meetings, clinical group work with children, youth, parents or individual families, or conducting professional training on topics related to child and family services
