Role OverviewThe Configuration and Data Manager will support the CDRLs, baselines, and assets/licenses for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position. The role will provide configuration and CDRL data manager (CM/DM), quality assurance, program/project, requirements analysis, risk management, and software engineering support services in accordance with the program’s Configuration Management (CM) Plan, Air Force SEAM CM processes, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices.
What You Will Do
The Configuration and Data Manager will review and analyze the development/sustainment Contractor’s CM program and data deliveries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. They will maintain CM files, convene and manage the Configuration Control Boards, Technical Review Boards, and record approved changes and results. They will also support Engineering Assessments, prepare for, conduct, and/or support major audits, and report the Development/Sustainment’s data delivery status.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in configuration and data management, including at least 3 years in a DoD environment. They will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience managing configuration of software, engineering documents, design drawings, engineering changes and notices, and planning/conducting design audits to enable Government ownership of the program technical baseline.
