Role OverviewZenPoint Solutions is seeking a Configuration / Change Management (C/CM) Specialist to be responsible for all configuration and change management operations within the hybrid VPC and global network infrastructure for a federal customer using the ITIL framework. This position is contingent upon successful award of a government contract and subsequent government approval.
What You Will Do
Maintain accurate and timely records of all configuration items, and coordinate configuration information with incident, problem, change, and release management processes. Use automated discovery methods to reconcile configuration updates with established baselines.

Requirements
- Candidate must be a United States Citizen and present proof of Citizenship, if selected
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's in IT or related field
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
