Role OverviewContribute to the operations, sustainment, and defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the DOD Information Network (DODIN), supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
What You Will Do
Maintain the configuration management plan, support change management, ensure proper labeling and identification of configuration items, receive and analyze change requests, and conduct periodic audits.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance
- 1-3 years of direct experience in Configuration Management or a related IT field
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
- Experience using an ITSM tool, with ServiceNow experience being a significant plus
- Solid understanding of networking concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
