Job Description
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Sr. Configurations Manager to provide operational and integration support for a multi-vendor infrastructure, including various networks, systems, and virtual training environment (VTE) vendors. This position will be located in Tampa, FL. This is an on-site requirement, with occasional hybrid remote work based on project requirements.

Requirements

  • Develops and maintains software configuration management tools
  • Performs configuration management and release engineering tasks
  • Designs, develops, automates, and maintains productivity tools
  • Trains software developers in the use of configuration management tools
  • Authorizes the release of drawings, and software configuration changes
  • Estimates production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures
  • Records information to ensure currency of engineering drawings and documentation of production problems
