Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Conflict Resolution Specialist to support students at Colonial Middle School in identifying, managing, and overcoming conflicts that impact their academic success and personal development. The role involves mediating disputes, promoting understanding, and developing effective strategies for conflict resolution.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include collaborating with district building staff, meeting with students to recognize and understand the root causes of conflicts, mediating disputes, developing conflict management strategies, providing proactive support, and maintaining accurate records of conflicts and outcomes.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field
- Holds or is pursuing a license as a mental health care professional, i.e. LSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
