Job Description
The Portland, OR office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to review conflict check reports and identify, advise, analyze and resolve potential conflicts of interest. The position ensures new hires are compliant with the Firm's conflicts and risk management policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and active member of the Bar, in good standing, in the State of Oregon
  • At least three (3) to ten (10) years of experience as a Lateral Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm setting
  • Familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data
  • Close attention to detail, collaborative team member, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
