Job Description
The Salt Lake City, UT office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to review conflict check reports and identify, advise, analyze and resolve potential conflicts of interest.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and active member of the Bar, in good standing, in the State of Utah
  • At least three (3) to ten (10) years of experience as a Lateral Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm setting
  • Familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data; excellent verbal and written communications skills with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Close attention to detail, collaborative team member, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience with LawTime and/or Aderant is preferred, though not required
