Job Description
The San Diego, CA office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to work in the Conflicts Department. The role involves reviewing conflict check reports and identifying, advising, and resolving potential conflicts of interest.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and active member of the Bar, in good standing, in the State of California
  • At least three (3) to ten (10) years of experience as a Lateral Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm setting
  • Familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data; excellent verbal and written communications skills with strong organizational and analytical skills
