Baker Botts is seeking a Conflicts Counsel to join the Office of General Counsel, responsible for reviewing conflicts reports and assisting in the identification and clearance of potential conflicts of interest.

Requirements

  • J.D. degree
  • Member, in good standing, of the state bar in the jurisdiction where candidate will perform work
  • 2-3 years' experience as practicing lawyer in a large business law firm environment
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
