Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Conflicts & New Business Intake Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm's New York Office of the General Counsel.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in conflicts management, legal ethics, compliance, or related law firm role
  • Strong understanding of professional responsibility and ethics rules
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgment and ability to make timely, well-reasoned decisions
