Job Description
Conflicts Research Analyst (Law Firm) to join a conflicts and compliance team in Indianapolis. Conduct conflict checks, design search strategies, review search results, and draft documentation. Prior law firm conflicts experience and discretion when working with sensitive client and matter information required.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of conflicts experience in a mid-to-large law firm environment
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and direct law firm experience
  • Familiarity with legal ethics rules, conflicts standards, and professional responsibility obligations
  • Hands-on experience conducting conflict checks, legal intake reviews, or corporate research
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship now or in the future)
  • Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Indianapolis, IN
  • Comfort with the posted pay range
