Job Description
Conflicts Research Analyst role involves identifying and analyzing potential conflicts of interest for new matters, new clients, and lateral attorney hires. The analyst will work closely with Conflicts Counsel, General Counsel, and firm leadership to ensure compliance with professional responsibility rules.

Requirements

  • 1 year of conflicts experience within a mid-to-large law firm environment
  • Bachelor's degree or a clear equivalent combination of education and relevant law firm experience
  • Demonstrated familiarity with legal ethics rules and professional responsibility standards
  • Hands-on experience conducting conflict checks and performing corporate research
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical reasoning ability
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume legal environment
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
