Conflicts Research Analyst to support a nationally recognized law firm's Indianapolis office, ensuring new representations and attorney hires align with professional responsibility standards and firm policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of conflicts research experience in a mid-to-large law firm environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or clearly demonstrated equivalent legal industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of professional responsibility rules and conflict-of-interest standards.
  • Direct experience performing conflict searches and conducting corporate research.
  • Strong analytical writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (now or in the future).
  • Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis under a hybrid schedule.
  • Demonstrated employment stability with consistent tenure.
