Conflicts Research Analyst job at a nationally respected law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. The analyst will work closely with Conflicts Counsel, General Counsel, attorneys, and administrative leadership to ensure compliance with professional responsibility standards while supporting efficient matter intake and client onboarding.

Requirements

  • 1 year of conflicts experience in a mid-to-large law firm environment
  • Bachelor's degree or a clearly equivalent combination of education and law firm experience
  • Working knowledge of legal ethics and professional responsibility rules
  • Direct experience conducting conflict checks and performing corporate research
  • Strong analytical reasoning and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work onsite in Cleveland on a hybrid schedule
  • Demonstrated job stability with consistent tenure in prior roles
