Job Description
The Conflicts Research Analyst will work with the law firm's Conflicts Counsel, General Counsel, and firm leadership to ensure compliance with professional responsibility rules while supporting attorneys in timely matter intake and client onboarding. This role requires a detail-driven and analytically strong individual with law firm conflicts experience and a stable professional background.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of conflicts experience within a mid-to-large law firm environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or a clear equivalent combination of education and relevant law firm experience.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with legal ethics rules and professional responsibility standards.
  • Hands-on experience conducting conflict checks and performing corporate research.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical reasoning ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume legal environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH.
