Requirements

  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies using the firm's conflicts database
  • Conduct detailed conflict-of-interest searches for new client matters and lateral attorney candidates
  • Analyze search results and prepare clear, concise summaries outlining potential risks and recommended next steps
  • Identify corporate affiliations, parent-subsidiary relationships, and related entities through advanced corporate research tools
  • Maintain and reconcile client and matter records within the conflicts system
  • Participate in data cleanup initiatives and database integrity audits
