Role OverviewThe Connections Pastor will implement the church's strategy for helping people take the next steps in their spiritual journey at the North Dallas campus. They will manage systems that track the spiritual growth of attendees and connect them to appropriate ministry opportunities. The pastor will build, equip, and lead high-capacity volunteers on Host Teams and Next Steps Teams.
What You Will Do
The Connections Pastor will implement the church's strategy, manage systems, build and equip volunteers, and lead in campus-wide initiatives and events. They will also take the lead on the baptism process and follow up with attendees.
