What You Will Do
Manage all aspects of concrete projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Oversee the project team and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of structural concrete, foundations, tilt-wall, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete, and site concrete operations
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Proven experience administering contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and maintaining profitability
- Working knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
