Role OverviewWe are conducting a search for an experienced Construction - Senior Project Manager to join a highly respected commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-profile construction projects throughout the region. The Construction – Senior Project Manager serves as the primary leader responsible for the successful execution of one or more large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.

You will provide strategic leadership over project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, financial performance, risk mitigation, quality control, and client satisfaction. Success in this role requires exceptional business acumen, operational leadership, and the ability to drive projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of progressive commercial construction project management experience
- Recent experience working directly for a medium to large commercial General Contractor
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States
